How it works
- Snap and list: Take a photo with your phone to add an item to your shop stock and website. It is described, tagged and categorised for you.
- Snap and sale: Take a photo of each item in the basket to ring up the sale. Take cash, or use your existing Mollie terminals. Stock levels update in the shop and online.
- Snap and connect: Share the receipt by WhatsApp or QR code. Consent and customer records are handled for you.

- Standard €29: Cash and Mollie payments, digital receipts, transaction history, customer insights.
- Pro €49: Everything in Standard plus shop analytics, custom themes, WhatsApp messaging and Shopify sync. Most popular.

Questions
- Do I need to buy special tills or hardware?
- No. VaraShop runs in standard web browsers on tablets, phones and laptops.
- Can I use VaraShop if my shop only takes cash?
- Yes. You can catalogue stock, record cash sales and view transaction history without a payment provider.
- How does card payment work?
- Connect your own Mollie account to accept cards and iDEAL. Mollie fees apply separately.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- You can export products, customers and transactions in CSV or JSON, with a 30-day window to switch services.
- How do I join?
